Just on items that are part of or affected by the springs. That may be more than a few items but lets say your window regulator goes bad, covered.
It s a risk.

This also covers the manufacturer on modifications.

Got it, thanks guys. I'm just not used to having ~2" wheel gap and just itching to get it lowered. Need to do a bit more research on what other options are out there aside from H&R, one that probably has a more modest drop.

another option to think about is a set of wheel spacers. Push the wheels out a little and the gap somehow doesn t look as pronounced.
They are easy to put on and take off yourself.

Thanks for the suggestion cerbomark but my setup is quite aggressive already. I have 265 and 315 on 22" wheels, both with +45 offset and it's already pushing the wheels slightly outside the fender/wheel well. I think I am reconsidering springs and will just let it be for now. Below are the rear and front pics for reference:
