2016 Panamera4 with 2017 panamera wheels

I currently have 2016 pan4 with stock Panamera Classic 19" Wheels. My buddy offers me a GREAT deal for his wheels 2017 Panamera One-piece alloy wheels with dual-arm five-spoke design
Front: 9.0 x 19 RO 64 with 265/45 ZR 19 tires
Rear: 10.5 x 19 RO 62 with 295/40 ZR 19 tires

Can I use his 2017 wheels for my 2016 PAN4? I know the bolt pattern would match with all Panamera 5x130. My wheels are smaller 255 front and 285 rear.

Would it affect the ride quality? What're your thoughts on the wheels?

Thank You

From what I see it doesn't look like Porsche offered 10.5 in wide rear wheels.

The offsets seem to be in the same range as well:

Front wheels: ET60-->64
Rear wheels: ET65-->71

Since he's a friend why not test fit them and since they are 19s you're not loosing sidewall, I'd be concerned that it was the right offset.

Thank you for your feedback. Actually the offset is 64 Front, 62 Rear. Please Keep in mind this is 2017 Porsche Panamera 3rd gen.
Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 3
265/45ZR19 105Y
295/40ZR19 108Y

There are no Micheline all season tires in that size. My Michelin tire are 255 and 285. He is in southern cal. I am in bay area.

I may pass his offer.

Thank you
