This site will get you to where you need to be with the objective side of your question - what size. You start with the stock tire and wheel size and it'll guide you from there. The subjective side of your question - which brand of tire to go with has 1000 different answers. Good luck!

hmmm, seems that search link doesn't work with copy/paste...
OK,
if You would type on the top right corner of this page into 'Search Forums' : 22 tires sizes panamera
You would get a list of threads regarding your question.

P.S> ... in any case the best is
265/30/22
and
315/25/22
this one is the nest example, I think:

that does look very nice indeed
Ive realised that I thought I had air suspension but I dont - so I guess I can get some lowering springs as well

This is the size I run, No issues so far. Also if your AWD you will need to keep your tire height the same.

I loved vredestein. Best wet traction there was. Recently changed models. you can still get the older sessanta awesome looking tire though.

negb 04-13-2018 09:17 PM

Are you sure that Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta still availible >? I could find only Pirelli in 265/30/22 and 315/25/22 sizes.....

ciaka 04-13-2018 09:56 PM

vredestein ultrac sessanta has stopped being manufactured, replaced by Vorti I believe. However there is still stock around, not sure for how long but still available.

negb 04-14-2018 01:17 AM

here in Europe I find only one Vredestein tire model Ultrac Sessanta and it is for front 265/30 R22; and for the rear 315/25 R22 only Pirelli is available P Zero Sc or P Nero GT

RDS993 04-16-2018 05:18 PM

Pirelli 22 inch Nero GT's are all on back order until 6/29 in USA.

negb 04-16-2018 06:51 PM

.. just one remark: if to look at the tires tests P Zero Sc looks much better then P Nero GT ...
