Interior LED swap problem

Hey guys n gals...

Wonder what's going on here... just been switching out all interior bulbs to LED and I have hit a snag. All was going well, working trunk to front and for some reason my rear reading lights aren't working. I tried both polarities. Then proceeded to switch back to the regular bulb to at least keep some light - they're not working now either (both polarities). The tiny little light next to it is working fine still, though. All was still plugged in.

I have zero idea where to start with this. Any idea where the rear reading light fuse is? Sure if the fuse was broken then that whole circuit would be off too though, right?

Ignore me - fixed. For anyone that encounters this, it times out on the car. Shut all doors, lock, reopen. Solved.

bulbs are not dim-able, any LED will require extra circuitry to be dim-able. The bulbs (and available area) are small.
Dome takes 2 lights, reading lights another 2.

Interior lights: dome (2), foot wells(2), door cutesy lights(4), rear reading lights (2), glove box(1), cargo area (2) = 13 for interior only, all use the same bulb type.

the under hood light(1) also uses the same bulb and the 2 lights on the rear hatch do as well = 16

I got mine from ijdmtoy.com:

Standard 1210-SMD Chipset LED Interior Lights Combo Package for Porsche Panamera
[Trim:2009-up Porsche Panamera (14 Lights)]
[Color:White]

$42.99 for every bulb needed to change all interior lights - from the tailgate, trunk, doors, dome, reading lights etc. They also dim when turning on or off but dont think they are "dimmable" as in being able to hold a dimmed charge.

yeah the bulbs do "dim" since they are on a DC circuit, but as LouDA noted they don't dim much, the soft on-off still does its thing but the transition from on/off is much more abrupt.

I changed out all the interior and trunk lights to LED, and they make a noticeable improvement.
I could not find the under hood light to change that one out to LED.
When I open the hood, no lamp lights up to help locate it.
Looked the owner's manual and couldn't find a reference to its location.
Under the hood, I saw a wire harness on the passenger side, near the hood hinge.....but no light assembly.
Can someone tell me where it might be? A pic would be great!
Thanks.

Mine was fairly obvious, sounds like you located where it "should" be

thanks for the help

thanks Dogwood! The pics you attached were exactly what I needed.
Went out to the car, opened the hood.....and saw no light assembly at the location of your pics
Thought it might have been hidden under the felt soundproofing, so I pulled it back and only saw an empty cutout where it should be
It's a 2013 GTS....I'm also one of the "lucky" ones that has the reverse light cover that doesn't come off.
Oh well......it' still a great car to get around in

Under the felt?

NO!!

Porsche does some weird things sometimes - the tail lights and under the hood light being good examples.
