following full service and front bumper paint, it was time for paint correction, PPF and ceramic coat (body, wheels and calipers). i also put fresh tint all the way around and tinted side markers. Now my car was finally approaching the 'mint' status that i thought i was purchasing and i could start to sleep at night.
you can also notice flat spot at 12 o'clock on front wheel from interstate... luckily no vibration at all.

and yes i am getting to know it very well. i have loved the car since day one and thoroughly impressed with every aspect of it. i have overspent getting it back to it's current condition but to me it was worth it and everything is right and as it should be now which helps my mind be at ease.

This picture is MONEY!! Everything looks tastefully done!
Do you plan to get the slight bend in the wheel fixed (if you haven't already)? If you're searching for a place to do it, you may want to check and see if there is a "Alloy Wheel Repair Specialist" shop somewhere near you. They fixed my buddies badly bent Flying Spur wheel and it literally looks/rides like new.

If you do decide to do paint, ppf/wrap, and ceramic make sure you do them in that order and you want to do paint correction before ceramic or you will seal in imperfections under ceramic. also make sure to ppf/wrap before ceramic or ppf will most likely not stick to surface. you can (and it's suggested) ceramic over the ppf once it's on. ceramic should be last step and if you have black you will enjoy how much easier it is to maintain and keep clean

If you don't mind sharing what tint you got and what you did to avoid scratching the tint after install? I'm told our cars need that felt strip which is available online somewhere. It's the exact reason I've held off on tint, I'm concerned the strip will fail or, I don't know, really never thought a window would have a hard plastic trim that could scratch tint.
i used 5% ceramic film all the way around and 55% on the windshield. hopefully the ceramic is a little more durable but don't want to take any chances, i will be looking into the felt strip. if you or anyone has a link that would be appreciated

This picture was actually right after service and paint correction, before ceramic. as you can see wheels are dirty and couldn't treat tires because we were trying to keep paint clean but they did look at doing something with the wheel while they were putting front tires on and said they thought they would have to use heat and then probably refinish the wheels. Since there is absolutely no vibration and the roads here are still ****, i told them to just leave it the way it was. as you can see in the picture the rear got it as well in same spot about 12:02. these wheels are fairly inexpensive so when they get finished with construction i may end up with some fresh ones.
on a side note, i had one on my range rover that cracked it hit so hard and NCDOT said they didn't see where they were negligent. i guess that's normal for driving on interstate.........

Product update......
ran across a product for black plastic restore that i thought i would share with everyone. i originally had used Solution Finish Black Trim Restorer that i saw on FLO's page and it worked really well but the ease of use of Adam's In & Out Spray won me over. i don't have before and after pics of it on my Pani but i took some of X5M to share so that you could see results. it sprays on like a fine mist and any over spray dusts of with a light wipe with microfibre towel leaving no residue or streaking. as you can see the honeycomb is a breeze with this spray and i even spray it while car was still a bit wet and it does it's magic. i also used this on the bottom of windshield tray and wipes right of windshield without and residue. made a world of difference.
To be clear, i do not work for nor do i get paid by Adam's, i use a lot of their detailing products and more than happy with their performance
original not treated. ashy looking
first 3 1/2 slats sprayed
left side treated, right side not done yet
not treated
honeycomb sprayed, wipes off surrounding paint surface with ease
finished. super simple to use- back to black
