I made sure my VIN is correct w/ the zero, but still no active recalls on my car upon entering my VIN. Since it's a 2010, I thought for sure my car would be affected by this issue. Very strange...

If you recall the GM ignition recall, the fix for that was a joke. Happened to my father-in-law's GM... the fix was to give him a new key with a small centered hole for the key-ring to keep it from moving around and shutting off the ignition while driving. The proper fix should have been to redesign and replace the ignition lock?

same here, 2010, not affect by either recall...

Our 2014 PSeH is still not coming up in the recall search.
Given the number of electrical issues we've had with this car, some of which were related to water/ice/snow, not knowing anything about the situation does not inspire confidence in the car or the brand.

if you have a Porsche.com account, you can look there and mine also popped up as an alert in addition to the VIN recall site.

Per letter - safety exists in certain 2010-2016 Porsche Panamera vehicles. I suggest you call your local porsche dealer to see if your VIN is on the list. This is pretty serious we don't want our wooden house - burn ...

For those getting an error message, I had to enter in my VIN twice for some reason (probably human error on my part).

Replace control unit for air-conditioning blower AKA7 Jun 21,2019 NHTSA Recall ID: 19V322
Description
There is a possibility of an electric short-circuit in the A/C blower control unit caused by water ingress.Safety Risk
Water intrusion, over time, could lead to a short circuit in the A/C blower control unit. In rare instances, the electrical short could result in a thermal event or fire. This issue is detectable by the driver when the vehicle is operated, and the vehicle can be brought to a controlled stop and all occupants can exit the vehicle. However, it is possible that the thermal event or fire could occur after the vehicle is parked and shut off. To mitigate this risk, customers will be provided with instructions to park their vehicles outdoors until they are remedied.Remedy
The permanent remedy will involve replacement of the A/C blower control unit with a redesigned unit with improved water intrusion resistance to help prevent water ingress. Porsche is also finalizing an interim remedy that will depower the A/C blower control unit when the vehicle is shut-off. This remedy will be offered until an adequate supply of the redesigned control units are available.last updated Jun 21,2019

I was growing concerned that my 2010 wasn't showing up so I called Porsche HQ and they confirmed my car is not affected. Very strange considering it was built in 2009 and one of the earlier examples.
