Hey Guys,

The Sat's booked up quickly, and Feb 25th is the only one open now--so we have to all call in and book the day RIGHT NOW.

Call Moran Raceway TODAY so we can make it all 6Speeders: 909-435-5054, tell Julie you're with "Super D" or "6Speedonline Group".

Julie will take your Height, Weight and Credit Card deposit (1/2 of $275).

Be sure to tell her if you're taking instruction or not, so they know which karts will be part of the instruction group, and which will be for an open lapping group. I'd reccommend instruction for anyone who's new to karting, or those who just want to continue learning if you've been to a track just a couple of times so far.

We need 10 guys minimum to lock it out for us only, otherwise it'll be a mix of whoever books the karts and it won't be a private event. Once we book 10 karts, it'll lock everyone else out who isn't a 6speeder.

The event will be 9am-1pm, so leave early to get there on time. It's in Riverside area, and I'll post details and directions as we get closer to the event. Also, I'll help organize carpools/caravans from San Diego, and you LA guys can use the thread to do the same.

If you have any questions, let me know and any new news for attendants will be posted as it materializes.

Looks like a lot of fun. I'm planning on going to the electric cart place in Corona this week!

 

Try a good outdoor track like this and you'll have a hard time going back to the indoor novelty places.

It's a 1st come/1st served thing, so soon as we hit our 10-driver minimum, that track is ours exclusively. If another group gets it first, we don't, so pedal to the metal!

Good job Paul. Rest of the guys, you need to call in and confirm your kart reservations right away, otherwise we lose your spot to strangers. If you have a couple friends you want to invite, that's no problem, have them confirm with a phonecall to Julie as well. Let's fill up the roster quick so it's all "us".

You will dig this track, it's the best of any I've been on in car or kart.

 

Paul brought up a question about private track rental. The track can be rented for $2500, but that includes nothing, just the track. For $2750, we get the track from 9-1, all safety gear, the karts and instruction and pit service. Pretty sweet. Also, if we get over 10 drivers, the additional ones are discounted, but instead of letting them go cheaper, I'll have the savings distributed to all attendees. So when it comes time to charge the 2nd 1/2 of the cost when we're done, if we have more than 10 drivers, the balance will be less than 1/2 of the $275 initial cost.

 

6 spots filled, we need 4 more to meet the min for private track, so CALL TODAY guys!

Track told me they can have up to 18 drivers, so tell a couple buddies and have them call too if you like.
