Spring's "Exotix Run" + Charity Raffle - April 1st.
 

It's time to set up Spring's "Exotix Run", which with Rocco's (ramvfin2003) and Gotham Dream Car's help is going to be a Charity event/Raffle.

Date - April 1st. (Rain/bad weather date - April 15th.)
Time - 8:30AM
Place - The usual meet spot
737 River Road
Edgewater, NJ 07020
Departure - 10:00AM

Participation - $100 per person (including a lunch buffet)

All the collected funds will be forwarded to Rebeka Verea Foundation.

About the Foundation

Rebeka Verea was killed in a terrible high speed car accident, the night of her high school graduation.
Her family started the Rebeka Verea Foundation focusing on the prevention of this type of accidents.
Bringing out exotic cars to run together for this cause is more than just financial support to the foundation, but will also pass a message that although going fast in a fast car may be thrilling, thinking twice before putting pedal to the metal can save alot of lives.

The event is sponsored by Gotham Dream Cars who were kind enough to offer 1 day free rental of an exotic car from their impressive fleet, to the winner of the raffle!
GDC's usual Rental Policies will apply.

The run will start at 10AM and we'll drive about 100-150 miles and finish at a resturant. Printed directions will be provided at the meet spot.
Guys, there's no nice way of saying this and not sounding like a snob, but the event is open to exotic cars only. Nothing against all the other cars! The title is "Exotix Run" so lets stick to exotics.

I guess I dont have an "exotic" (lexus with a Supra motor) but I had a great time on the fall foliage run, met some great people and would really like to participate in this, if allowed. If not, I'd understand too.

Yeah, I think it was a Long Island Run. It's posted somewhere on this forum.

I had a blast on the Fall run.....BUMP for a cool event, a good organizer, and an EVEN BETTER cause. :)

Actually when I do those large events, I'm on the phone most of the time directing people who get lost (because they don't like to follow the directions hilarious) and other stuff.
