hi to all the bay area GT3 owners of all years. i would like to have a GT3 only meet. all years would be welcome. depending on the interest of this meet, the place and date can be determined later. i would like to see if we can start a local GT3 only car club. i have organized and have done many meets with the M5 and M3 clubs. i think it would be really kool to have an exclusive GT3 only club and have regular meets. please take count of who would be up for just a meet and we can work the rest later.

It's OK, I didn't get the idea of GT3 owners (ONLY) meet either, what about GT2 owners for that matter how about GT owners, I have a GT3 bumper, If I slap that on can I drive at the end of the line? Get it now?

Sounds like people are making a big deal out of nothing. A GT3 is a GT3. A 997S with GT3 bumpers is not a GT3. This seems pretty basic to me.

 

so again, the purpose of this thread is to gather just GT3 only owners and have a meet. there is nothing wrong with that. is this sounds snobby or whatever than i apologize i can't help you. the boxster people have their own meets, why can't GT3 people. i guess we can make it a GT only meet, however thats not the point. if you think that its pointless to have a GT3 only meet than you are just bitter and i can't help with you with that. i knew that i would get lot of sh$t for this the attempt of this meet, but some people need to get a life.

Hey, knowing Sal..i don't think he has other intention here beside just gathering other GT3 owners..first time i met him on a M3/M5 forum event..he make sure that, eventhough I drive a stock Boxster that's surrounded by a highly uber modified BMW and 2 GT3, that I feel welcome

Emperor...I am sure you will pull this of, there are enough GT3's in the bay area that it would be worth you guys meeting at least now and then. I see no problem with it being exclusive (meaning it is for GT3/GT3RS owners only), and like I mentioned in my previous post 'I want to own a GT3' and so when I do I will be in...L8

 

Plenty of GT3 RS' in the Bay Area
