I'm back in a Porsche.....GT2!!
I've never used it. But a general rule of thumb is a 1 psi increase in boost for every 1 point increase in octane. So, if you safely run 1 bar with 100 octane, I'd say you could probably run 1.33 bar on MS 109 (105 octane).
I'll let you know once the car arrives. Thanks!
Congrats bro! Nice to see you back in a P-car. Car sounds like she is absolutely beautiful. You will probably need a few more ponies to start bumping down the 60 -130 times. the madness begins! BTW, i thought i had the record on a stock motor?
I'm actually targeting the best acceleration numbers for a stock 996 motor. But what I run is what I run.
As far as more ponies, I'm not exactly sure how much more I'll need yet. I still need to drive the car before I can figure that out. Regardless, there are still a few easy things I can do to get more ponies out of her.
Thanks again, bro.
Thanks!
It's already a built Proto car....so if I make any changes to the existing setup, I'll have Todd K. at Proto re-tune to match.
Thanks, Alex. I agree 100%!
Thanks, man!
It's a truly awesome community, Art. Absolutely no doubt about it.
Dang....the pressure is on! Remember, Ari...this car is on 100% stock internals. Don't expect too much.
