Can't keep my wood up

Made you look.... Any experience or tips with the below? Wood trim around cluster is sagging. The radio trim is also coming up. Fee like I can glue that back down, but the cluster is trickier. Any ideas? Superglue? Thanks!

remove the mic on the left side and the 4 way flasher on the right. 2 torx screws inside. remove them. from there you can lift up on the dash cluster and access the plugs from behind. then you can remove the cluster from the leather outside shell

I went down this road. Ended up pulling apart my whole dash and replacing with ebay parts and painting them. Not that fun
