Not sure to be honest. Car had the Techart kit when I bought it. Seems like stock wing is under there, the Techart wing does go up and down so perhaps the stock one isn't there. Never really thought about it

Correct. You take off the stock wing blade and put on the techart. Easy peasy

That must be one of the most perfect flush set up of wheels I have seen on a 997 that I have seen!! You guys really nailed the offset and tire choice!
