For WB it was actually a "small deposit". I also asked numerous times what is the typical SALE pricing on these wheels, because I could wait till then to purchase. Also if you guys cater to deployment pricing.

1. I was quoted retail price plus shipping including PS4 tires, 11.9k for a set of 20's.
2. Nothing was ever mentioned about sales times of the year and what I could expect then or close to it even though I specifically asked.

At 11.9k plus shipping, that is 1/4 of the cost of a 2007 V8Vantage. Doesn't make sense to me for something like that. I also asked for pricing on Standard finish silver and got a brushed clear higher priced finish quote. I also asked what sizes we could go with tire wise, and wheel size, but that was never addressed except for "We will take care of you, and we can get things rolling" I have no doubt the HRE are the best looking wheel on AMs, I have no doubt they are the best made, and likely look the best. However, 3x times the cost of other brands, not too sure they are that much better personally speaking. Yes, I would need them side by side to compare, but since that will never be possible, then I wont know what I am missing either. If, I had a money tree out back, I would for sure just buy the HRE's and be done, but I don't, so I can't. The BC forged RZ21 looks dam close, so I will possibly get those. Haven't totally ruled out the HREs, but at this point I cannot justify the cost. At 9-9.5k I might be able to justify them. At $2300 a wheel standard finish plus the PS4s on them, that should have been doable discounting things slightly, or wait till there is a sale, then do that I would have thought. But the quote was 3k higher, so that stopped me in my tracks. I don't go back and forth with pricing, or bargain on things. I ask for pricing specifically to what I am looking at (knowing what is retail pricing, and if its within reason and discounted I buy them. I was priced off the bat for the BCs very fair, free shipping and sizing told to me. I don't like asking twice for things even if it costs me more somewhere else.

PS..... HRE Jurrian was extremely helpful in sending pictures of finishes and giving his advice. Also extremely fast to respond. WB did respond and didn't do anything wrong, and very likely is a good company. My day is 10hrs ahead of U.S. time so when I email, it is usually 24hrs later when I get replies. When you ask 3x questions, and only 1 or 2 is addressed, it gets to be a large pain asking the question not answered again and again. So I don't do it any longer. I look at it like if you don't bother to answer my questions, why should I bother to spend my money. I will go elsewhere.

When I did mine I decided to keep with the 19's but went one tire size bigger. I keep the ride quality and I think they still look as good (or better) than 20's.

That was my idea also, keep the 19s but go wider 255/305... Very much like that look.

I went with 20s. I would say HREs are beautiful and expensive. They are not a better made or better quality wheel than other forged wheels I have owned.

They are forged wheels by KonceptCars, 19" by 9" in front and 19" by 11" in rear. For rubber I am running Pilot Super Sports 245/40/19 front and 285/35/19 rear. I don't know what the offsets are, Koncept said they knew exactly what I needed and made them to their specs, they were right
And thank you!

And just for fun I weighed the old stock wheels with rubber: Front 49 lbs, rear 54.6 lbs
And the new wider forged wheels with bigger rubber: Front 45 lbs and rear 49.6 lbs.
That saves me 18 lbs of unsprung weight!

Has anyone installed old style British sports car wire spoke wheels on their AM? I'm thinking about them for my '09 V8V R.
