No, the entire kit is still available. People just seem to be turned off by the asking price as a whole. Used aftermarket XM/Sirius units are going for $500! That's one small piece of the pie. I am including everything needed to get the conversion done. Those looking to do it on the "cheap" will just spend way more time and money trying to get the kit complete and functioning. Therefore, I was offering just the head unit ($4995 new) for $1000, knowing all the other bits will need to be obtained as they travel down the upgrade/conversion process. Thus $2K all in is a phenomenal deal! Do your homework before offering me $500 all in! < not you, just some of the ridiculous pm's I have received.

So YES, to answer your question, it will work in a 2007/08 if you purchase everything "behind the scenes" to do so.

 

I thought there was a bunch of other wiring needed to get the A/C working if putting in a 997.1? If this is everything needed to plug and play this install, this is a heck of a deal

I listen to SiriusXM, so didn't see the need for it when ordering my car.
