KW Clubsport 2way install help

So I bought a set of coilovers from a fellow forum member, but it looks like I am missing some parts. I was wondering if someone could help explain what needs replacing.

One of these is missing a spacer on the top of it? Where would I get a replacement?

Looks like it got bent. Replace or hammer?

That spacer on the top shock is only on one of 4. Am I supposed to have them on 2 or all 4?

I don't have this stabilizer bar included, does this replace a stock piece I can reuse, or is there where I move to the tarrett drop links I hear everyone talking about?

Thanks in advance

sel is infamous around these parts
When I had these installed, my mechanic had to weld the OEM front drop links to fit. Tarett did not fit.
