didnt get to run it last nite. but did get out today. ran 11.82 @ 126.9 mph with a 2.0 60 ft. the car spun out of the hole and also had a lot of wheel hop. so 1st gear was short-shifted to 2nd.

also had the Driftbox on during the run and it recorded 0-60 in 3.9, 0-100 in 7.7 and 60-130 of 8.2. It still has the stock clutch which held for the first run but runs after that it was done. The mph is very good and I was surprised to see the 60-130 was so strong as well. The air density was great and had a tail wind too.

very pleased with bolt-ons: fabspeed intake and exhaust, awe programming, K24 turbos, wastegate actuators are holding 1.1-1.2 bar.

ran 11.8 @ 126.9 mph on saturday with a 2.00 60 ft. and tail wind. the stock clutch is headed south real fast. ran it again sunday it went 11.9 @ 123 mph with a 1.88 60 ft. and slipping clutch. i think the car is a solid 11.7 @ 125 mph car with a good clutch and no tail wind. we will see soon enough.

Those are nice runs,
sounds like a better clutch and shorter 60' and you are well on your way.

thanks for sharing.

Rob,

That is not normal. It could just be the sender but don't start it just in case. Call both Momentum and Imagine. What kind of work was done at Momentum? I work late tonight but you can call anytime. Just leave a message if I don't answer.

If you had pressure loss the tappets would be broken down and the idiot light for pressure would be on as well. It would clank like the motor was coming apart. Sender issues are not uncommon either.

Stephen is right, there would be a light, and you'd hear a LOT of noise along with it. My Camaro (when it was a street car) had that same problem, the oil pressure would just read 0. First time it did it I nearly had a heart attack. Come to find out the sending unit was going out.

Rob if Chris (roadstrdoc) can come by before then, I should be able to head that way on Friday. It's about an hour drive for me in to get out to the Woodlands area. Friday/Saturday is the only day I don't have class or have to go to any customers.

I just spoke to Rob. We are going to shoot for Friday after 3pm for a troubleshooting session at my place, if there is no rain. I was also planning to install an exhaust and intercoolers on my car. All are invited to come by. PM me for directions.

Chris,

You finally decided to install some IC's? Which ones?

To everyone else planning on meeting Sat night, the forecast calls for possible rain....that would suck, especially since I have new plugs, BMC high-flow airfilter, and am ready to walk all who come
