Up for sale due to an investment opportunity. 2008 Porsche 997 TT Black/Tan 6spd chrono. Approximately 29,000 miles, well cared for and all service records since I bought it in 1/09 with 8k miles. Minor service completed in April 2011. Car is CPOd thru 9/2013. Comes with Porsche car cover, extra and new rubber chin spoiler, LOJACK, and hard wired valentine V1. Full light tint all around and front, clear side markers. Never tracked, no accidents, daily driver, 2 canyon runs and 2 long beach grand prix runs. Never abused, check out the MPG 21.2 means Im not pushing it however I do thoroughly enjoy the power and ride. There is a small (pea size) mark near rear passenger fender, a small mark (pea size) near front driver side fender, and some marks on the hood from road debris. There is small wear on the drivers side seat from rubbing while getting in the car Im fairly tall. I'm the 2nd owner clean car fax. Registration is paid through 9/2012. This is the best car I have ever owned so I hate to let him go. No modifications stock! Just drove back and forth to SF, so the miles are at 30k now. What a drive, what a car

At that price you should not be throwing in extras. I'll buy the chin spoiler and cover separately if you are interested.

You car is priced well. I paid $78k 2mo ago for a very similar 2007 CPO. 24k mi and just a few more insignificant options.
