2007TT is an unknown quantity at this point
Can this be fitted with the 200 cell cats? Will it throw a CEL? Also, what size are the tips?

Yes it can be fitted with cats at an additional cost. Without cats, you can expect a CEL, however, with cats there would not be any CEL.

The twin tips are 3.5" OD, but the inlet is made to fit the OEM exhaust outlet size.
