1500whp on Ethanol and 1000whp on 93 Build

this I would really have to see to believe, I don't think 35s can make a 1000 on pump gas even if it was a good flowing 4.0L. they would need more boost than octane can support. also depends what dyno we are talking about, if we go by hub dynopack then 1100 is possible
800-900whp 35s on pump on high revving good flowing engine is achievable I think

Let's see your Vbox numbers, 1/4, 1/2 mile runs..etc on your 93octane
Since we are talking about honest results. Here is 3.8 w/35's made +1400whp on MD and tuned by your tuner ( I think )

i'm sure it has . very easy to say without any supporting data, dynos etc...
yes it did on racegas and a 200+ shot of nitrous. i am actually somewhere in that video walking around. how does that relate to pump gas?

being in Kuwait the concept of snow is probably unbeknown to you, but our 1/4 mile 1/2 mile tracks are closed for another several months. good thing I already have one of the quickest pump gas 60-130s out there of 5.5s on stock engine on 30s.

Watch the video again
1409whp no spray
1560whp on spray
Then what? Kaboom
I never saw 35's still efficient at 39-45psi

BUT,
this is Mark and if you know even 1/3 about his history, HE ALWAYS BRINGS THE real STEAK right after the sizzle!!
All his cars have been backed up on the streets and that is what matters!. Also look what he did with his 997 on stock motor and a gorgeous BOLT ON STREET AMS ALPHA 9 package!
Trust me we that know Mark's history know the sizzle (dyno's etc) is just apart of the dining ambeince and the steak is about to get served!! No question in my mind about that!

That car didn't blow up, the owner decided to upgrade rods to be able to safely run the power. He is a very nice guy, and has been posting here for many years: TopGun.
this doesn't surprise me ..... since just over a year ago you were PMing me and asking about 6466s and 3586s and when they spool and how much boost I run and this and that. I am glad that in the past year you became quiet a turbo Wikipedia expert. Keep up the good work
I didn't take many of the engine at all. Gotta find them. Here is one of my turbo kit...

mark your aguring with a rock. not worth the time. those that took the time to read this thread realized one thing quickly. you and tim made this engine a HUGE free flowing air pump! combine fuel with huge an=mounts of compressed air and you have.... wait for it... HORSEPOWER!!!

Congratulations on your new build Mark,
Very nice curve for pure 93 octane.

Do you use custom head gasket or a combination of gasket/wire?
#57
I am not certain - I had gotten them from Dave @ TRE - designed by Wrightwood Racing; I got them - 1st round when I was building the 3.8L (102mm)

this was close to 35 psi - boost - about 1080TQ - I did not lift heads. BBI uses a secret gasket - I do believe it is a porsche part - almost wanna say gt3 head gasket but I am not certain -
This was E85

the piston itself (not the sleeves) - hairline cracks from 4 sides like in an X.
