This came out of a 2003 911 Turbo Cabriolet with 35k miles and is in good working condition

Porsche part number is 996-349-010-03 (this thing -- https://www.sunsetporscheparts.com/oem-parts/porsche-differential-assembly-99634901003)

But the number stamped on the housing is -- 6300013095 which is just for the rear shaft.

I'm still working on to find out right resolution to fix my 996 TT grinding noise issue with indie repair shop. if front diff is the one I will let you know for purchase.
