19x11 R and 19x8.5 F is the size of the silver te37's on my car pictured, which is weak.
You want to buy the 19x12 (for cheap from me), and then order a set of 19x9.5.
19x12 R and 19x9.5 F would be badass.

probably too aggressive offset for NB. And Vivid currently has this model wheel but not in the Time Attack finish. Any idea who else might?

With the 19x12 rear I would go with the 19x9.5 +40 front. I know I could get it to fit on a NB with a mild stretch tire and it would look awesome, and that is actually what I was planning on doing. That said I wouldn't recommend this to someone who doesn't want an aggressive flush wheel. I only got the rears at the time because that is all they had in stock. Was going to order the fronts, but decided I am going to sell the car.
Just to give you an idea how these 19x12 would sit on a NB. If you look at my car with the 19x11 in the rear. The 19x12 would be pushed out 8mm more than that.
