I bought one and it works like a charm on my 997.2! The magnets adhere to the lift points.

Sorry if I'm being ignorant, but does it not work on the 996TT? OP lists only 997, but it appears 996 owners have also bought...

I already made the inquiry 2 posts earlier before yours. I went to Rusnak Porsche but I could not see a 996 on their lot -- plus my salesman wasn't around for me to 'sneak' around.

Hopefully, owners of other models would chime in soon.

Not cleaned out yet. The only issue I have is that the hardware stores are running out of screws and washers. I am beginning to travel farther for the materials.
