These seats came out of my 04 996 C4S with 70k miles. They are full supple leather, with full power (with memory). They are not heated, and they do not have the optional lumbar support.

The drivers seat has a small wear spot, where your leg rubs against the leading edge when entering the car. The seat foam on the drivers side is sagging. The seat foam appears to have a tear in it, causing the sag. I used some nylon webbing as a temporary solution to eliminate the sag (see last picture).
