WTB:ECU out of a 1997 993tt

I am looking for a used ECU out of a 1997 993tt. It must be out of a 1997 and not a 1996 car. I continue to have problem with the ECU in my 1996 car and I am told that the 1997 unit is much better! Any feedback in regards to this issue is much appreciated.
