Is it missing the black mounting bracket that attaches to the underside of the seat? I don't see it pictured.

So how do you attach it to the seats without the mounting bracket. What do the posts and screws (pictured laying to the right) attach to? I don’t see how it would attach without the bracket, but perhaps you can let us know. Thanks!

Rep Power: 0 VA997, I think I can clarify. If you read the instructions... and locate the fourth installation photo, you will see four factory holes that are machined into the seat. The ends of the bolts get screwed into these holes with or without a bracket.... Click on this link and then click on installation instructions:

As I mentioned, this is an earlier version which did not come with a bracket. I hope this clears up any confusion.
