This car has been extremely well cared for (garage kept, hand washed and waxed frequently) with no accidents and has never been abused or tracked.

That's fine, you're completely entitled to your opinion. Some however, will pay a little more for a car owned by an enthusiast. A car that has been extremely well cared for (maintance, fit & finish, abuse, etc...) with no history. Thanks though.
