My friend is selling his '04 mint Carbon Black e46 M3 with about 31,800 miles as of today. He is selling is selling it for $36,500 stock or $38,500 OBO with mods. He has full maintenance warranty until 100,000 miles or 2010 by BMW NA. Currently, he has TCK s/a 500/500 with camber plates (full TCK kit), RSM, powerflex RTABs, RE 10mm spacers up front. Kenwood 6019 double-din head unit with navigation and sirius, Supersprint race exhaust, borla midpipes, 245/275 tires with OEM 19" wheels with 80% tread life, NO sunroof, cosmetic mods, and 35% metallic tint all around. Comes with all stock parts. (M3 should have came like this from factory)...here's a link.

Oil changed every 7500 miles. Fully loaded (power front seats with lumbar, aluminum trim, oval mirrors, etc, just doesn't have sunroof)

Nice car. I had a M3 Dinan Stage 3 and miss it so much that I am looking into getting another one...

 

Finally was able to log in. Bump for my own car. Price is negotiable of course. Still has warranty until 2010... CPO + maintenance(just like oem one)
