2005 Mitsubishi Lancer EVO FS
2005 Mitsubishi Lancer EVO FS
I am way too impulsive of a buyer. When I see something cool I jump. It's good at times, and sometime it gets me into trouble. I bought this car about a month ago and thought I'd have the time to build it into a road race car so I can go out and have some fun with my friends/clients at the tracks. I actually bought $15K in parts I was going to install for the buildup. Everything from wheels/motor/suspension/etc, I will also be selling. All new parts. I'm just in way too far over my head as far as time goes. Unless I want to go from 5 hours of sleep to none, I cant have this car ready for the season. There's too many crazy things going on in my life to build a car for myself now. I decided to sell it this past weekend.
It's an 05' Electric Blue EVO 8. It has another 18 months of factory warranty. It runs and drives 100% perfect and is BONE STOCK with no mods anywhere under the hood. The only aftermarket part is an ACT clutch and lightweight flywheel. It feels great and is in perfect condition.
It was involved in a SMALL accident where the only damage was on the driver side fender. It was replaced with a new fender and paint work is perfect. I even have the old fender to show you how minor the damage was. The old fender is included in case you want to see it. Other than that, there's no paintwork anywhere on this car that I can find. I dont even think this was listed in the carfax report. The car has 46000 miles on the ODO. It runs, drives, and shifts perfect in every way. I just did a Mobil 1 synthetic oil change with filter. Plugs are in good shape. It has NEW brakes and the tires are still in good shape.
I just had my detailer go through the entire car and it looks amazing in every way. I really hate to let it go because it looks so good.
The only bad thing is that the old owner decided to suede the headliner in blue suede to match the exterior. I dont like it, but some of you guys might. I'm sure it can be removed, but I'm not interested in removing it myself. You can take it off if you dont like it.
The car has an in dash CD/DVD/MP3/etc radio. It's a nice flip out screen and it works nice. I have been watching "The Dark Knight" when I drive for the last week. I think the speakers have been changed out to some upgraded parts, becasue it sounds too good for stock. It also has a sub in the trunk in a nice neat enclosure. It doesn't sound bad or too much bass at all. It sounds nice and crisp even when the volume is turned all the way up. I also have the stock radio and it's included in the sale, in case you want to go back to stock.
I need $21000 for this car. I always pay for my toys in cash and I have the title in hand for a quick sale. Feel free to call me anytime at 973-779-8405 or PM/email me.
