The car was restored in 92. The motor and transmission had been rebuilt. The floors had been replaced, the body had been taken down to bare metal. The interior had been redone with new German carpets and black leather seat skins. The motor had been rebuilt to SC specs with a 1750 Big Bore Kit. A new German canvas top was installed.

About $10,000 have been spend over the past two years (have receipts) to get the car to its current condition. Recently Weber carbs were added, brake system rebuilt, new exhaust, etc.

The car has been driven about 2,900 miles since the restoration.

Here is the bad:

Radio is not original. Drivers door needs adjustment.

Certificate of Authenticity from Porsche shows the Identification Number is the 11st to the last 356 ever built. Could this be the last 356 Cab out there today?
