Send it back to Kinesis and have the rim section replaced. It should be an easy fix.

Out of production I'm told!

There are wheels out there, however.

Also, I sheared two SPOKES!

I have no idea how, no bends on the outer lips, etc... It's pretty crazy!

Did you contact Kinesis/Asanti directly? They have a LOT of spare parts left over from the old styles. The rim sections should be no problem. The centers could be a little more difficult...
