This car was originally sold in leased in April 2003 by Boardwalk Porsche Dallas Texas.
The lease ended and the vehicle was sold to a person in Manhattan Beach, California. This person owned the vehicle until Oct. 2007.
The vehicle was then sold to a person in Albany, California. I purchased the vehicle from this person in November 2009.

The vehicle was involved in a minor accident and the left front fender was replaced. You are welcome to have a PPI done on the vehicle who will confirm no accident damage showing and the accident was very minor. I have the accident report from Denton Texas.
Service records show
Jan. 2006 rear crankshaft and I- shaft seal replaced by Boardwalk Porsche.
Feb. 2006 Valve cover seal replaced by Boardwalk Porsche.
Jun. 2007 Major service done at 30427 miles by Pacific Porsche.
Dec. 2007 New battery by Porsche of Stevens Creek.
April 2008 New clutch, pressure plate and updated rear seal and I-shaft seals done by Rector Motors Porsche.

Have more pics on request.

More pictures please. In particular from the front and rear as well as the front seats and dash (center console especially). Also, what service have you completed?

Here are a couple more photos. It should also be noted that I pu leather door panels on the car. I have the original ones too, which are in perfect shape.

I have done two oil changes and changed the belt. I did the work myself. Have receipts.

Question

any idea of the IMS bearing has been upgraded?

also, any chance the AOS has ever been replaced?

Ok I feel like an idiot, whats the AOS? I would have to say no to both. No reciepts for either one. The only thing on one receipt is a I-shaft kit but nothing about IMS upgrade nor did the previous owner mention it or AOS.

Thx Darren

Interested as a daily driver....very nice Targa! Always loved the glass roof versions...

The car appears to have full leather interior judging by the stiching on the door panels and side panels next to the rear seat....however the dash doesn't apepar to be leather/doesn't have the full leather stiching. Am I missing something? Thanks!!

Hi Ray,

The car did not come with leather. I put the leather door panels on. I purchased them because I wanted the carbon fiber trim off of them. Once I got them home I liked the way they looked better then the vinyl ones.
I still have the vinyl ones that came on the car and they are mint condition.
Let me know if you need anything else.
