For sale is my 2002 911 cab. This is a local two owner car. The car was purchased at Park Place Porsche in Dallas in 2002 by an acquaintance of mine who lives here in Little Rock. He drove it as a sunny day weekend car for four years and put 15k miles on it during that time. I purchased the car from him in 2006. During the first four years under warranty all maintenance was done at Park Place for which I have all the records. Since 2006 all maintenance has been done at Perfection Plus. This has been a very trouble free car with little more than routine maintenance through the years. I am happy to have Rick at Perfection Plus make all the service records available to any potential buyer and you are also welcome to take the car for a pre-purchase inspection. The car has never been in an accident and has never had any paint work done. The car is garaged day and night and has always been hand washed weekly and waxed monthly. Overall it is in great conditionwith only a few paint chips as expected on a 57k mile car. There is some patina on the driver's seat side bolster leather but very light wear for the cars age.The rear wheels have minor curb rash but I have a spare set of matching OEM wheels that I was planning to mount with the next tire change that are curb rash free on the rear (second set of wheels come with the car). It just had its annual service and had a newc lutch in the last 5k miles. I have all original books, keys, and even the original window sticker. As you can tell this is an enthusiast owned car that has been cared for like a Porsche should. Reason I am selling is that I recently acquired a 911 Turbo so time to find this one a new home.
