Good functional condition:
In short, everything works. The steering is good, suspension is good, brakes are very good (pads >75% remaining, rotors >75%). Ball joints fine, wheel bearings fine. Engine starts fine in all conditions, runs mostly like stock under normal driving, but Eaton supercharger and TPC Racing exhaust dramatically changes the car's character after 1/3 throttle. It does require slightly more throttle to launch car than one might expect, without a lot of torque immediately off idle, but this also makes the car very mild mannered and docile around town. The stock clutch is forgiving and light, but does not slip. Manual transmission has no grinds, and stock shifter is fine. No overheating. AC works fine. Original wheels in good condition with minor curb rash, tires are 50% in the front, 90% in the rear. No odd vibrations at speed. Tracks straight, brakes straight. Convertible top closes and retracts properly and does not leak water under reasonable conditions, such as when washing the car. CD player and changer work fine. Fluids and filters should be changed due to age, not due to mileage, but otherwise, I would not hesitate to drive it 3000miles cross-country.

Good cosmetic condition:
Seductive and gorgeous! Clean CARFAX and no known accidents, but front bumper was re-painted by the prior owner likely due to stone chips, though I've never taken the panel off to inspect more closely -- everything appears OEM and as it should be. One significant scratch on driver's front fender (touched up) and a minor one on the driver's rear fender. Minor dings/dents on hood and right rear quarter panel, but hardly noticeable. No rust nor indication that it has ever seen snow or salt. Seats are very good with low wear on bolsters. From a muted rumble at lower rpms to a wailing staccato over 4000rpms, it pulls hard to redline.

History:
I am a member of the Porsche Club of America (PCA) and a high-performance driving instructor -- I fell in love with the handling of a Boxster, brought to Virginia International Raceway by one of my students. I bought this Boxster a year later from a woman in Texas whose husband had a 911 Turbo -- it was my 3rd Porsche and I had (and still have) a half-dozen other sports cars. This Boxster is currently unregistered and uninsured as I bought it to create a track-only toy -- more specifically, I intended to create something similar to a NASA-compliant "Spec Boxster" but with more power and better street manners. However, I've never driven it anywhere other than on the street and never "at speed", not even at an auto-x. I need to make room for another car project I recently started.

Liens or other claims:
None. I own the car free of any liens, taxes or other claims. I have a clean title in-hand from the prior owner.

Closing thoughts:
I welcome questions and in-personal inspections, but you must be able to demonstrate identification and financial means to purchase the car prior to test driving it. I am also willing to submit the car to a PPI at a location of your choice. I have done my best to represent the car accurately and minimize your risk through disclosure -- please buy with confidence.

Spare parts:
I am willing to make a deal to the buyer of the car for some or all of the remaining spare parts I have acquired, but never used, for this car. We can review your interests and transport options (some items are large) and determine a fair price. Such parts are being offered for sale elsewhere, but may still include:
o Brey-Krause Roll bar extension (used)
o Fire extinguisher (new)
o Stop-Tech Cryo-Treated rotors (new)
o Porterfield R4 and R4-S brake pads (new)
o Steel-braided brake lines (Stop-Tech 950.33007 and 950.33007, new)
o Motul 600 fluid (new)
o Spare oil (new)
o Turbo-twist Porsche OEM wheels/tires (used)
o Fikse (?) wheels/tires (used)
o (4) Bilstein PSS9 shocks/dampeners (used)
o H&R sway bars (70779 and 71779) (used)
o H&R 450/500lb F/R rate springs (used)
o Porsche Boxster dealer shop manual

Comparative Pricing:

My asking price is only slightly higher than Kelley Blue Book (KBB.com) value, despite the $7000 supercharger & exhaust upgrades!

Price drop. Still available and if it doesn't sell shortly, I'll put up one of the Lotus' as well as something has to go, unfortunately. Thank you for your attention!
