SOLD

After a 4 year hiatus, I finally decided to get back into the Audi scene and recently picked up a new S3. So I'm putting my 2006 Trailblazer SS AWD up for sale. It's been a great daily driver for the past 4 years and is probably the most practical vehicle I've owned. I bought it with about 60,000 miles on it and have since put on another 60,000, mostly highway, miles.

It is powered by a Corvette 6.0 Liter LS2 V8 that's been tuned to put out around 450 hp. The power is put down through a 4 speed automatic and a Torsen AWD system with a limited slip rear differential. It is fully loaded (3SS package) with every option except navigation. It has full leather seats with alcantara centers in the front, a rear DVD player, 3 zone climate control, 6 disc CD changer, XM/Sirius ready, Bluetooth, front heated seats, sliding/tilting sunroof, tow package (6600 lbs) and much more.

I've meticulously cared for this SUV over the years, making sure everything is top condition and working properly. It’s been an extremely reliable and practical vehicle that handles all weather with ease. The minor engine modifications really opened it up and make the truck much more powerful than stock. The suspension modifications not only make it look better but it handles far better than it did from the factory as well.

I'm asking $13,000 but I'm open to reasonable offers. I have the title in hand. I'm currently located in Richmond, VA. Feel free to PM me or shoot me an email.

Modifications:
- Fast Motorsports engine and transmission tunes
- Fast Motorsports 4" intake, stock MAF
- PCMforless LS1 electric fan kit
- Dorman LS1 electric fans
- Magnaflow high flow Y-pipe and catalytic converters
- MSD plug wires
- 160 degree thermostat
- PCMforless Transmission cooler kit
- Belltech performance shocks - lowered 1"
- DJM Upper A-Arms - modified for lowered suspension
- DJM rear sway bar
- Suspension Maxx sway bar end links, front and rear
- Polyurethane sway bar bushings
- Rubber floor mats, front and rear

Maintenance
- Power stop rebuilt calipers, Centric rotors, Hawk LTS pads, braided steel brake lines - less than 1,000 miles
- New power steering pump - less than 1,000 miles
- New A/C belt tensioner - less than 1,000 miles
- New Battery - Less than 1,000 miles
- New exhaust manifold bolts (updated part) - less than 2,000 miles
- New front hubs/wheel bearings - less than 10,000 miles
- Belts replaced within last 30,000 miles
- Outer tie rod ends replaced within last 30,000 miles
- All fluids replaced within last 30,000 miles
- Intermediate steering shaft replaced within last 40000 miles
- 5000 mile oil changes, only full synthetic 5w30 Mobile 1 oil (7qrts) with larger oil filter (M1 or K&N only).

Known issues
- A/C compressor/clutch noise (rattles when on, noisy when off) - A/C still works fine
- Carfax lists a front end accident in 2008 (1st owner) - all cosmetic, no frame or front clip damage

Thanks Kent! It's been a great vehicle and I'm definitely going to miss it.

2woosh, the AWD version is rated to tow 6600 lbs. It has autoleveling rear airbags (standard) and the aftermarket trans cooler really helps keep the heat down. I've only towed once with it (pulled my 996 on a uhaul trailer, ~5500lbs, from upstate NY to Richmond, VA) and it was fantastic. Very stable and easily started and stopped. I've got trailer light adaptors as well, which will be included in the sale.
