Disclosure: I'm helping someone sell their very unique C6 Vette.

This car was originally Monterey Red, but has been repainted to House of Kolor's Hot Pink. It's an wonderfully unique color that ranges from a deep vibrant pink to violet depending on the lighting. The car has no dings/dents/scratches and was recently given a thorough cut/buff/polish. To say that the car gets attention would be an understatement.

The downside is that the car comes with a rebuilt title. The long story short is that neither I or the owner know why it has a rebuilt title. So to help that, the car was taken to D&M Corvette in Downers Grove for a full PPI to give any future buyer peace of mind. A carfax is available as well. I hope this will give any future buyer as much confidence as possible in making this purchase.

It's extremely hard to tell it used to be Monterey Red as the work completed was top notch. All the panels were removed and painted off the car. From the door jambs to the rain drains, not a spot was left untouched. Brake calipers were also painted to match. To replicate this paintwork it would easily cost upwards of $10k.

There are no modifications to this car aside from the chrome ZR1 replica wheels mounted onto Nitto Invo high performance summer tires and the tinted windows. The interior has also been fully Dynamat'ed, making for a quiet and comfortable ride. The battery has been replaced recently.

The price has been set based on the average 2006 C6 with 60k being in the $24-27k range. With this in mind, the PPI and the extensive work completed, the asking price is $23,900, or best offer. While the title situation is not ideal, the price factors a show-car worthy paint job in lieu of the loss of value due to the title. Shipping the vehicle is not a problem for interested buyers.

Color is pretty cool, but obviously you need a very specific buyer. My guess is that the discount due to the rebuilt title will have to be a lot bigger to snag any interest. Best of luck.
