Thanks for all the great compliments and comments! Have an update as well. Price changed to 90-95k. Engine has a few leaks and needs a reseal. Nothing major and could be driven now and enjoyed but in the next 5k or so should probably be resealed. So hence the price drop as is. Or my builder is starting next week to break down another 964 engine, go through everything that needs replacing, resealed with all new gaskets etc. once he is done, hopefully a month or so, I will send back to him to swap the engines if the car isn't sold. Can work other options out depending on what the new owner wants. Could carb, put ITBs or something else at the new owners expense.
