It is a very nice build. So the BBS wheels shown and the Brembo brake upgrades in the pictures are not included I assume. Can you give some additional information on when, and mileage, the engine build was installed? Any pictures in its current state and could you comment more on extent of track use? Actively in the market for a dual purpose M3. Thank you.

The engine was installed in November of 2014, engine now has 15k miles on it. Motor was built by VAC Motorsports. The car has been running flawlessly since.

To your question regarding the extent of track usage, the car has been tracked a couple of times. The car runs really strong.

My intention for this build was to have a bullet-proof 600hp track car. Unfortunately, I did not get to enjoy the car to the extent of taking it out to the track frequently. But the couple of times I have gone, the car has an incredible amount of power around the track. Above all, the way it is set up also serves as a great daily driver, as the tune is very conservative for this motor.
