If I had to guess its either not getting spark or fuel on one cylinder. Do you have a temperature gun? If so start the car and see which port on the exhaust manifolds is the coolest if any. It should be by a large margin, that will tell you which cylinder is the problem. Then check that plug (if they are new and are not getting spark they will still look brand new). If there is signs of spark then the injector is the problem, chance are loose connection.

Also it could be a vacuum leak, I would check cylinder heat first. Since injectors were replaced.

I took a look at your logs and nothing jumps out...there's a lot of data though. There are some spots where it looks like you O2 sensors stop responding but that may not be the case. Would you mind posting logs only when the car is misfiring and also logging coolant temp. A misfire could be a bad plug, bad coil, dirty injector, bad injector, dirty fuel filter, kinked fuel line, failing fuel pump, dirty/failing MAF, bad 02 sensor, and on and on. You're essentially shooting from the hip right now. Since this started after you changed injectors that's where I would focus. I'm presuming you're not getting any kind of CEL code that would point you in a given direction.
I, and a handful of others, have had issues with the supplied EV1 to EV6 adapters. On my car I had similar issues in that the car would run fine cold and then start to misfire and eventually lose an injector when the car was warmed up. I went through 2 of the plastic connectors before I called it quits and replaced all 6 with OEM connectors attached via a 2" section of TXL wire. After that, all my problems went away. If you want to replace those connectors as a possible solution and potentially preventative measure send me a PM and I'll let you know what EV1 to EV6 connectors I used.

Thanks for reaching out G. I have a map off to you that we can use to diagnose after the pressure test and I will be available this evening to support you. Big ups for the injector install motor in car! And small world too haha. We will get it!

Thanks you Sam and 911 yes still working out the issues
i did a pressure test today only to find out that a brand new set of 997.2 intercoolers one was leaking so gotta fix that first
and then soat out the rest and see what's up car

check the passenger side and make sure you didn't mix up the variocam solenoid plug with another plug. also is the car getting any CEL codes, scan with durametric.
