Sliding Floor Mats

Hey guys,

I just got into a 04 x50 turbo and I have notices that the floor mats slide all over the place and mostly partly up the dead pedal.

Anyone have a solution to this?

Thanks

The mats I have, attach to the seat bracket so they don't move much at all - even with considerable help from passengers...

As you can see, I also have Velcro in the appropriate spot in case the mat supports it.

I just bought Lloyd Mats from Pelican (you can customize them. They come with the same buckle attachments Slider has. Definitely worth the price.

Are those clips hidden below the seat mount plastic? Have the same mats with straps but don't seem to have anything to clip them into...

I have the clip in mats as well. I didn't know they were aftermarket.

Well, the Lloyd Mats came with the parts you mount under the seat bracket. Having said that, my car already had them installed but the OEM mats did not utilize them. So at this point I'm not sure if the clips are factory or aftermarket.

The clips are from the Lloyd mats. OEM uses the Velcro circle.

All you have to do is stick some velcro (the loop part) on the bottom of the mat. The OEM carpet already had the plastic hoop parts installed as you can see in the pics above (the circles)
