overwhelming details i know.

The turbo's spools a fraction later than stock but the power level was IMO what it should feel like. Felt like my friends tuned 991 turbos that run 10's all day. Power was strong and came on just below 4k and held past 6500. Perfect upgrade IMO. Looking forward to getting a set in the next month or two.

Tuned correctly and on E85, the turbos spool up as fast as stock. The power up high holds on very, very well. A car will similar mods to mine other than the 63.5s, made 715 whp peak and was still right at 700 whp at 7200 rpm.

stock turbos seem to come on around 3,000 (not 2,000 as advertised), so do 63.5 turbos narrow that powerband even more, to 4,000rpm+?

We did the work on this car. It made 762hp in RWD on our dynojet 248

This car has 63.5 VTGs and a custom cobb tune running E85

For spool comparison, here's a dyno of a stock 997.1TT with just a kline exhaust vs this same 63.5VTG car.

WOW! 660WTQ at 3700 rpm, 680WTQ at 4200rpm and held past 6000rpm! Impressive!

What do you think it would Dyno AWD or what do you think it would loose?

Any 60-130's, 1/4 traps on this machine?

What is the mod list?

Sorry for the questions, but always like to learn impressive set ups.

Thanks

Hmmm,.. I have a new pair of those turbos in my garage. Not sure if to sell them or install them.

Would be great to get a ride in a car that had them installed already.

Anyone near Detroit have them installed?

That stock 997 with only exhaust on your dyno sheet, does that have a flash?

As to make over 470+RWHP for just an exhaust when the car makes 480bhp stock and maybe 510bhp with only an exhaust looks high?
