I'm looking to get into an S3 or S4 to make a more dedicated track car
I bought the car for 22.5k from a dealership (w/52k miles on it), spent 5.5k on the warranty, and there is at least 20k of upgrades and maintenance in the car already. Most of the maintenance happened about 5000 miles ago when the engine/tranny were both out. Have all receipts.

GLWS, nice example. I can vouch for how expensive these are to maintain and work on (worked in Audi Service for 4 yrs). All that recent maintenance makes this a great deal.
If you want a S3, check mine out, cheap lease takeover, and decent payoff if you decide you like it enough to keep. A lot more fun than this in the corners, and not much slower (if any).

Thanks. I've taken care of the major and most minor issues that are going to pop up on all 03 RS6's. While the warranty was replacing my tranny and TC with new factory ones, I got alot of the maintenance done with the engine and tranny out. I'd be interested in your S3 when I sell this. Buying an RS6 that does not have significant maintenance completed is a big mistake, unless it still has a solid warranty on it. You can get an RS6 for around 12k now, but they come with pricey repairs that almost always require the engine out to complete. These low cost RS6's come with 5-10k of work lurking below.
