It's water. This is A/C drain. Normal, you don't to be worried about it.

Look at fluid color and consistency.

Brownish - oil - thick consistency like cooking oil (smell it, brownish in color, from golden honey to dark brown depending on how used it is). Multiple places it can leak from, front of car, anywhere between both tires up front.

Pinkish - engine coolant (smell it, will smell sweet concentrated smell, poisonous so dont taste). Slick feel little greasy feel. This could be in several places, depending on where leak is coming from, but there is no mistaking it by smell, color and greasy feel.

Clear - if feels like water, usually is. Only fluids in car that feel like water are the AC condensation from running your AC in car (1 or 2 exhausts depending if you have 2 or 4 zone), and the other is window washer fluid, feels like water but often is not clear. Sometimes bluish, sometimes pinkish, sometimes greenish (depends which fluid you purchased and poured into there). This one located on passenger side of car, any washer fluid leaks would be right behind and near the passenger front tire, as most likely the reservoir cracks when there is a leak).

It might be your turn signal fluid.

Thought about it, maybe. More likely its the fluxcapacitor, especially if the leaked fluid is beer or some other canned soda drink.

If it feels and looks like water, it is the condensation from your AC unit.
not related to your oil consumption in any way. Breathe easy. That water will be dripping from same place all the time , so just be aware youre supposed to see it. If you see other spots in addition to that one, then investigate.
Or if you dont see that spot anymore despite using AC, then its a sign your AC may be in trouble (can go see a shop to check your ac st that time).
take care.
