Pains me to move on from this car but a new addition to the family means I'm driving this even less than I was already doing and it just doesn't make fiscal sense to keep it at this point.

I am the second owner of this car and have put a scarce ~4500 miles on it in the past year of ownership. First owner bought and serviced the vehicle at Gossett Porsche in Memphis, hence them putting it through CPO certification as a 2012. My purchase date was 3/4/19 so there's just under a year left of warranty on it now. No story car, no accidents or any dents/scratches that are noticeable. Quick glance @ Autocheck score has it at a 93.

Both keys come w/the car and options wise it's pretty well put together. The sport exhaust, sport chrono and cooled seats were the 3 primary things I had to have, the full list is in the picture attached. I've made very few "mods" to this vehicle in the time since I've owned it but they are:

- OEM LED clear side markers
- OEM rubber mats (new set of mats included)
- Sport steering wheel with paddle shifters (original wheel included also)
- Sport front spoiler (original included)
- exhaust tips powercoated black
- OEM clear tail lights (I can put original red ones back if buyer prefers)

The OEM 20" sport design wheels will come w/the car. Car has been babied and used as a weekend car with a couple drives through the mtns being the only time it was pushed at all. In fact I've never even used launch mode. Recently had the car in for service to get fresh Liquimoly oil, filters, and spark plugs done all pursuant to the 8 yr schedule.
