It's in excellent condition, always garaged, no accidents or paintwork. The full factory warranty is until 8-28-06, plus an extended engine warranty through 2010 (6yr/100,000 mi warranty). This is a california car bought at long beach bmw. The tires are like new and a recent oil service was done. The title is clear and I can provide a clean carfax report.
