Putting my beloved S4 up for sale after 3 years of ownership. Never thought I would sell it but time to move on to a different platform

26,xxx miles, 6MT with following options:
Moonlight Blue Metallic, Black interior two tone suede inserts, Black Optic package, Sports Diff, No Nav, B&O speakers.
I looked very long for a low mileage car with those options.

There are ZERO issues with the car currently.
List of all the mods and maintenance done under my ownership. The list is pretty short on the maintenance side as the car was under CPO until April this year but given the low mileage I havent had to take it in for anything.

My intent with the modifications was to keep the look and drive oem so its definetly a sleeper. I have all the stock parts (except for brakes) to go with the car.
Anyone familiar with the Stage 2 tunes knows how awesome it is on these cars.

Clean carfax and clear title in hand. Never tracked or launched.
Asking $29,000 but open to reasonable offers. It was tough to price it given the mileage.
