I have an opportunity to get a GT3 so this beauty is getting replaced.

The car has been loved and driven by 2 owners. The first did most of the loving and driving and clocked an amazing 99,500 miles. I have only put about 6k on the car in the time I have owned it. it now has 105k and has been maintained by the dealership since new (have all receipts). The car was so well maintained by the 1st owner that the dealer CPO’d the car with 99k on it! It is a PDK! So most of you can just stop reading! LOL

Has some basic modifications to improve alignment for spirited driving!
1. GT3 lower control arms
2. Custom TPC rear Toe links.
3. I also bought a Factory PSE for the "R" (yes, 55 mm not 48 mm) and had it installed with functioning valves.

Other care items:
The car has had 3M on the entire front, lower rockers, A-pillars, lower rear fenders, and lower rear bumper since new. Every couple of years it was removed and paint correction was done and then 3M re-installed. It was just done in Sept 2019 for the 3rd time.

New Rotors and pads and new front calipers.
New Michelin PS4 tires with only 3K on them.

I have an SP3/PCA E Class race car so this does not see the track!

My wife and I have taken it on several weekend trips and perfectly fits 3 carry-on bags, golf clubs, and a couple of bags after the wife does some shopping!

I have all documentation from when the 1st owner bought it brand new. I have never seen such documentation and record-keeping in my life. I spoke with the previous owner before I bought the car and he sent me an excel spreadsheet with every detail that was ever done to the car. He even had a "legend" for identifying who and what they did to the car.

Simply astonishing in today's world!
