If I was in the market for another car, I would jump on this one (white is rare). If you had put this up for sale 6 months ago before I bought my Polestar 1, I would have jumped on this one!
A competent upholstery repair-person can take care of that tear on your seat. Shouldn't be more than a $100/$150 to fix.
