992 turbo lease

wanted to see what everyone's opinion is on the following lease proposal ( out of socal): 2024 992 turbo chalk, with aero package, 218 msrp (+25 k markup)......10k down 3900 mo for 48 months.
I think the money factor is pretty high these days
any thoughts appreciated!

That's a TERRIBLE idea. You're paying out $ 197,200 over 4 years with nothing to show at the end of term.

If you buy the car at $ 243K, after 4 years and say 30K to 40K miles it will still be worth $ 150K to $ 160K depending on condition and cost to own is roughly half the price of the lease over that same time period,.

SpeedDemon6 is an unknown quantity at this point
The markup seems hefty, and the monthly payment is on the higher side, especially with the 10k down. I agree, the money factor does seem steep lately. It might be worth negotiating or exploring other options. I've had a good experience with car lease deals near me, and I'm satisfied with the deals I found there.
