I daily drove the car from spring through fall in 2022 and 2023. I've never had any issues other than the crank seal squeal, which happened on the drive home from the dealership (Atlanta -> Richmond). There are 2 years (April) and 38k miles remaining from on the Fidelity Platinum extended warranty plan. The car is in excellent shape, the only "wear" it shows is a bit on the driver seat from daily driver usage and the PPF has taken a few hits here and there but still looks great. The car still has a lien from ALLY, but I will overnight the title as soon as it's received. I'm only selling because I received my GT4RS so the wife said the R8 needs to go.

Purchased from Jim Ellis Audi in Atlanta, GA in 2022 with 19k miles.
Currently sitting at 30,005 miles, but may go up a few miles here and there.
