RUF RGT Kit FS from one of 14 cars made

We have a full RGT kit from a Ruf that was one of 14 built. The kit has 16K miles on it.The kit can transform any C2 996 into a rare breed. The kit is complete with the engine (390HP), trans with fitted steel syncros and shorter gears, DME, Harness, RUF Seats, RUF dash cluster, Coilovers, RUF GTR brakes, plates, RUF front and rear bumper, RUF rear deck lid and wing, even the Ruf floor mats are included. This is complete as mentioned.

If you are interested in buying the conversion or having us transform your 996 in to a RGT email me and I will be more than happy to discuss the process and details.

You can call or email at 913 310-9927 or PorschePhD@imagineauto.com

Pictures eh? Of 100+ parts Tell me what you would like to see and I will get on it.

The donor car was a 00 RGT original German RUF VIN car. It is a 390HP NA 3.6. It really is the entire kit. I might even be able to pull the integrated roll bar out and the interior panels as well. Drop me a call tomorrow and I will fill in the details.

Why not just restore the donor car for Ruf Vin value.

Problem is the setup is for a C2. The spindles are different. I could probably make it work but it would require extra work. The RGT was before the GT3 was ever on the market. They brought that conversion out almost as fast as the 996 hit the market. As mentioned there were only 14 made, now there are 13. They claim 380 this car was closer to 390 on our dyno. These are crank numbers.

The donor car needs a front clip. It is a Ruf VIN car and if you are interested in the whole package then let me know before I cut it up and send it to the yard. I personally have no interest in a car with a new front clip. It will have to be cut at the bulk head and replaced. It can be done, but someone has to be damn good. The car was hit in the left front and crushed the forward area. It did not really get into anything else, but the insurance company settled. I have maintained this car for several years. It was well kept.
